At its November 8th meeting, the Town Council made its Committee Appointments for 2024. Campbell's Accommodations Receives Airbnb "Guest Favorite" Designation
Campbell's Accommodations was delighted to meet the criteria to be awarded the "Guest Favourite" designation on its Airbnb listings. Last week, Airbnb made significant modifications to its platform. The Clairbank 4H club had our first general meeting on October 22 to begin the 2023/2024 year. This year we have 14 members ranging in age from 6 to 21. We have decided to have the following projects: Beef, Sheep, 4u, Cooking and Woodworking. New Radar Speed Signs Installed on Rutland Avenue
Two new radar speed signs have been placed on Rutland Avenue to help warn motorists of their speed. A sign indicating the speed of southbound vehicles was erected by the Town crew at the intersection of Rutland Avenue and Third Street. Another sign was placed at the intersection of Rutland Avenue and 5th Street to assist northbound traffic. Fall Fair Planned for Year End Downtown Market
Aurora Bowery and Gull Lake's Economic Development Committee are planning a Fall Fair on 9 September 2023, to acquire funds for local projects and groups.
