Empire Diner Rebrands as Gull & Griddle Kitchen + Bar
A familiar Gull Lake dining spot has a new name and a fresh look.
Empire Diner has rebranded as Gull & Griddle Kitchen + Bar, now marked with a new roadside sign.
In a recent social media post, the restaurant said, "While our name has changed, our commitment to serving delicious home-cooked meals, pizza, burgers, comfort Indian food, and great hospitality remains the same."
The restaurant also thanked the community for its continued support and said it looks forward to welcoming customers under its new name.
This rebranding follows a change in ownership earlier this year. Owner Akash Karwal previously discussed plans for menu updates, community events, and possible renovations. Manager Jamba continues to handle day-to-day operations.
