The Grainery Bakery Has a New Look
The Grainery Bakery has a new look. In addition to the ramp that was just recently constructed, the Bakery now also features an awning, which contributes to the establishment's fresh and appealing new appearance. But the new look of the Bakery wasn't the only thing was changed. Last week, the Bakery also announced that it will be open for breakfast and lunch. The Gull Lake Kinettes are always busy raising funds for important projects, facilities, and people in need in the community. To the tune of $18,485, they were able to give to the following in the fiscal year 2022/23: $3,671 to individuals in need $1,000 scholarships $757 Gull Lake Rec complex $900 Gull Lake school programs $2,494 Misc programs in Gull Lake $2,000 Telemiracle $2,000 Lyceum Theatre Renovations $1,500 Kiaskus Trail $4,163 Cystic Fibrosis For a total of $18,485

Morning everyone! Sorry this took so long, but the official new website is up and running. New brand new logo, but going back to our roots. Gay and Mel, Slater with Platinum Star, are back and excited to get going. We are going to be concentrating on edge stride and balance. Swift Hockey Co. is also returning this year. Gull Lake Museum/Visitor Centre 2023 Highlights
The Museum Visitor Centre began the year with a well-attended Canada Day Celebration BBQ. The Monday Ladies Teas, which are always popular, were well attended. The Gull Lake Tourism Committee expanded the Museum this year by adding a Visitor Centre and the Prairie Handmade Gift Shop. SWT Theatre Seeks Quotes for Major Renovation Project
The SWT Lyceum Theatre will be renovated to modernise the concession, lobby and lavatory rooms. The 45-year-old facility has served the community well, but it's time to renovate in order to better serve the patrons.
