Visitor Restrictions in Effect at Autumn House Independent Living Facility

The Autumn House Independent Living Facility has experienced a Covid-19 outbreak. At this time, visitors are not permitted inside the facility. All of the supporters have been informed, and anyone with questions is encouraged to contact the administrator, Tayler Hall.

The administrator is awaiting further direction from the Ministry of Health and will provide an update when one is available.
