South West Terminal (SWT) is accepting applications for a full‑time Plant Operator at its Antelope location. This role supports day‑to‑day grain terminal operations and contributes to a clean, safe, and customer‑focused environment.

About the Role

• Assist with operating the grain terminal, including receiving and shipping Western Canadian grain

• Work within a customer‑first environment

• Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑kept facilities and grounds

• Shift work is required

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Valid driver’s licence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Grain or farm background is an asset

• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills
