Swamper
About the Position
Provide labour support to operators during daily field work
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including inspections, greasing, and refueling
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Rotating schedule with regular days off
What You Bring
Previous experience is an asset, but training is available
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Must live in Gull Lake, Swift Current, or the surrounding area
Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn

About the Position
Safely operate the hydrovac or vac combo unit
Perform clean‑up and general equipment maintenance to ensure maximum operating capacity
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed
Communicate professionally with customers and demonstrate strong service focus
Complete all required paperwork clearly and accurately
Rotating schedule with regular days off
Average 40–70 hours weekly, depending on season, with weekends and extended hours as needed
What You Bring
Previous experience is an asset, but training is available
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence
Must live in Gull Lake, Swift Current, or the surrounding area
Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
