Summer 2026 Lifeguard & Instructor Positions — Veren Pool

The Town of Gull Lake is now accepting applications for summer employment at Veren Pool for the months of June, July, and August 2026. If you're passionate about water safety, community engagement, and working in a dynamic outdoor environment, we encourage you to apply!

Available Positions:

• Head Lifeguard

• Instructor / Lifeguard

• Lifeguard

Required Certifications (current):

• Bronze Cross

• CPR-C/AED

• Standard First Aid

• WHMIS

• Safe Places – Youth Certified

Additional Requirements:

• Instructors must hold a valid Lifesaving Instructor (LSI) certification.

• Preference will be given to candidates with National Lifeguard (NL) certification.

• If you plan to complete any required certifications before June 1, please include that in your application.

Application Package Must Include:

• Summary of qualifications and experience

• Availability for June–August

• Lifesaving Society member number (proof of certification)

• Photocopies of all other required certifications

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
