Gull Lake has a new food venture taking shape, and it’s already making an impression. Saucy T’s Tacos, created and operated by Tyler, officially served its first customers on July 22 at the Elks Hall Market. After months of developing recipes, crafting signature sauces, and building a menu he was proud to share, that first event marked the moment Saucy T’s became real.
The First Event: July 22 at the Elks Hall Market
At the debut pop‑up, Saucy T’s offered:
Crispy Chicken or Crispy Tofu tacos
Three handcrafted signature sauces
Cold Coca‑Cola and bottled water
Mix & Match pricing: 1 Taco – $3 • 2 Tacos – $6 • 3 Tacos – $8
It was a simple, affordable menu built around fresh flavor—the foundation of what Saucy T’s aims to bring to the community.
Meet the Owner
Tyler is a professionally trained cook with Food Safe certification, and he describes himself as a family man and proud father of twin two‑year‑olds. He’s working toward building something of his own through Saucy T’s, starting with local pop‑ups and community events.
In his own words:
“Saucy T’s started with a simple idea: make fresh, flavorful food, keep it affordable, and bring it to the people.”
His long‑term goal is to grow Saucy T’s into a mobile food business and eventually a small local restaurant.
Next Pop‑Up: August 19 at Blended Souls Coffee & Boutique
Saucy T’s Tacos will be popping up again soon.

A Growing Local Food Story
With its first event completed and another one coming up, Saucy T’s Tacos is becoming one of Gull Lake’s newest small businesses to watch. Tyler welcomes anyone who sees the Saucy T’s setup around town to stop by, say hello, and try the tacos.
