Innovation Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Advisor for their Gull Lake branch. This frontline role is the first point of contact for members and plays a key part in supporting financial needs, providing clear guidance, and championing Innovation’s digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact and first point of resolution for member inquiries.
Work collaboratively with staff to meet both known and emerging member needs.
Use active listening and communication skills to obtain and analyze member information.
Explain the benefits of core credit union products and services.
Utilize digital tools to simplify banking needs and enhance the member experience.
Travel regionally as required under Innovation’s Travel Practice Guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma (Grade 12).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Values aligned with Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).
