About the Role


Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, is Canada’s leading agribusiness. The Carmichael Ag Business Centre supports producers throughout the growing season — providing agronomic advice, selling crop inputs, purchasing grain, and connecting farmers to markets across the world.


This full‑time Area Marketing Representative position plays a key role in that work. You’ll be the primary contact for farm customers, helping them source seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products, and coordinating grain movement at harvest.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the key contact for farm clients

  • Manage credit within the region

  • Sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products

  • Purchase grain and coordinate logistics for grain movement


Qualifications


  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or Business

  • Several years of related agriculture experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s licence

  • Experience in a merchandising role considered an asset
