Local Opportunity: Flat Out Tire Ltd. – Parts Assistant (Immediate Opening)

Flat Out Tire Ltd. is looking to hire a Parts Assistant for immediate start. We offer on-the-job training, competitive pay, benefits, a cell phone allowance, a pension plan, and a friendly, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, track inventory, and ensure parts are available as needed.

• Procurement: Source parts from suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage orders.

• Distribution: Efficiently distribute parts to departments or customers.

• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

• Customer Service: Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries and orders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical knowledge of parts and their applications, or willingness to learn

• Experience with inventory control systems, or willingness to learn

• Negotiation skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

• Enjoyment of hands-on, team-based work

• Valid driver’s license
