Oversee grain receiving, storage, blending, and shipping operations
Lead, train, and schedule terminal staff
Monitor grain quality and inventory; ensure compliance with regulations

🎓 Qualifications
Grade 12 education or equivalent
3–5 years in grain handling or terminal operations (supervisory experience preferred)
Familiarity with grain grading, quality standards, and terminal equipment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
