Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Tire Shop Administrator for immediate hire. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily shop operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting in-person customers.
Prepare tire quotes and process customer payments.
Provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
Handle filing, organizing, and archiving of paperwork.
Prepare invoices for tire shop services.
Support the Parts Manager with mechanical invoicing.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Technical Skills: Tire knowledge is an asset (training provided).
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a “do what needs to be done” attitude
Team Spirit: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
- Education: Completed at least some secondary school
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred
