Competitive Wage: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
Permanent, Full-Time: 3–5 years of experience required
About the Role: This isn’t just a shop job. You’ll work hands-on with farm machinery, industrial equipment, and automotive vehicles. Your daily tasks will include:
Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and assembly work to keep our fleet in top shape.
Safety & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and adhere to strict safety protocols.
Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent service and communicate with vendors and team members.
