The Town of Gull Lake has issued public notices of sale of tax title property under The Tax Enforcement Act. Written offers and tenders will be received until 4:00 p.m. on June 19, 2026.

427 Main Street Assessed value: $58,700 Tax arrears: $25,036.85
6561 Queens Avenue This property is being offered for sale by tender. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of 5% of the tender.
All properties are offered for sale as‑is, where‑is, with no warranty and no inspection provided. Successful purchasers will be required to enter into agreements with the Town to comply with the Municipal Nuisance Abatement Bylaw regarding cleanup of the properties.
