Gull Lake Elks Hall has been awarded a $15,000 grant from Farm Credit Canada for energy efficiency improvements! The FCC AgriSpirit Fund assists rural communities with projects such as renovations or upgrades that reduce a building's energy footprint.
The Hall is a historic property in downtown Gull Lake that has undergone major renovations over the years, including a new roof. A new furnace will significantly improve the building's heating systems efficiency. Other improvements could include new windows and lighting.
These improvements are significant and will ensure the Hall's continued operation for many years to come.
