Another Win for Gull Lake: $15,000 Community Development Grant Announced

Gull Lake is once again on the provincial map for community leadership and long‑term investment.
Innovation Federal Credit Union has announced its 2026 Community Development Grant recipients, contributing a total of $135,000 to six Saskatchewan organizations — and Gull Lake is proudly among them.
Our community will receive $15,000 in support of the Gull Lake Community Hall project, delivered through the Gull Lake & District Recreational Complex Inc.
This funding helps advance renewal work at one of our most important public gathering spaces—a place that hosts weddings, reunions, fundraisers, banquets, and the celebrations that knit this town together.
A Grant Arriving at the Right Moment
This announcement comes on the heels of another major community highlight.
Gull Lake recently captured the 2026 SW Rink Burger All-Stars Championship, earning a commanding 66% of the final vote. The Recreation Complex team—volunteers, staff, supporters, and those who donated the beef—showed exactly what hometown pride and steady community support can accomplish.
That same spirit fuels projects like the Community Hall renewal. When Gull Lake rallies, good things happen.
