The formation of the Gull Lake Property Development Cooperative is intended to promote local investment, facilitate business attraction, and aid in the development of real estate in Gull Lake.
The board of directors has incorporated, created bylaws, and completed a feasibility study to determine the best method to invest in real estate and expand business space in our community. More information on the First Initiative will be available soon.
Pam Kirwan, Taylor Dutton, Stephanie Sells, Richie Bleau, Dennis Kirk, and Lindsay Alliban are the current members of the Board of Directors
