The Gull Lake Campground has once again transformed into a glowing trail of lights and laughter. Christmas Cove 2025 reflects the creativity, generosity, and neighborly spirit that define our town
This Year’s Displays (2025)
This year’s trail features 19 festive displays contributed by local businesses, churches, service clubs, families, and regional partners. Each one adds its own sparkle to the campground, creating a full walk‑through of holiday spirit.
Here are a few examples shining this season:
Southern Pressure Testers—bold signage glowing with hometown pride.
Gull Lake Senior Citizens—Santa and Mrs. Claus riding in a festively lit truck.
Knox United Church—a radiant nativity scene framed by angels and holiday figures.
Innovation Credit Union—Santa, reindeer, and polar bear lined up in playful charm.
B & L Tire—a glowing tree, a tire‑snowman, and a lighted truck rolling holiday cheer.
Swift Current Monumental—Santa, a snowman, an elf, and a penguin glowing bright beneath the trees.
AWS Advanced Waste Solutions—Oscar the Grouch returns atop a red dumpster, grumpy but festive in his Santa hat and scarf.
Photos and features of all 19 displays are being shared daily on Gull Lake Events’ Instagram and Facebook pages—follow along to see the full lineup and join the celebration.
Past Displays We Remember
Christmas Cove isn’t just about what’s new—it’s about what we remember. Over the years, Gull Lake has welcomed some unforgettable contributions:
Gull Lake Fire Truck—decorated with Christmas lights at Gull Lake’s Christmas Cove 2013, with an inflatable Santa nearby.
The Gull Lake Line Dancers (2013)—a spirited burst of cheer, as Santas stepped in time through the snow.
SaskAbilities (2019)—festive figures and oversized bowling pins, including one with a Superman logo, celebrating inclusion and creativity.
Condor Enterprises & Raven Oilfield (2022)—a trio of glowing snowmen, a lit “NOEL” sign, and festive trees framing Santa in a wintery welcome.
Santa in the Arch (2023)—a glowing centerpiece from the Senior Citizens group, framed by lit trees and a welcoming arch.
Together, past and present displays shape the spirit of Christmas Cove, reminding us that celebration comes in many forms—lights, laughter, and a little bit of dancing in the snow.
