Municipal Partners Hosting April 21 Town Hall on Health Centre Equipment

A joint town hall will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 7:00 PM at the Elks Hall, hosted by the Town of Gull Lake and the R.M.s of Gull Lake, Webb, and Carmichael. The session will focus on potential upgrades to laboratory and X-ray equipment at the Gull Lake Health Centre, as well as outline possible next steps in the process.
At the January 14, 2026, council meeting, Mayor Zanidean delivered a brief update from the Saskatchewan Health Authority regarding the status of X‑ray services at the Health Centre. In June 2024, Town Council committed $25,000 toward the planned X‑ray equipment upgrade. This town hall continues the regional conversation on maintaining local diagnostic services.
The session is intended to share information and gather questions from residents as part of the early discussion process.
