About the Role
This position is based at the Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Carmichael. Area Marketing Representatives support producers by selling crop inputs and purchasing grain throughout the growing season.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the key contact for farm customers
Manage credit within the region
Sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
Purchase grain and coordinate logistics for grain movement
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or Business
Several years of related agriculture experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s licence
Experience in a merchandising role considered an asset
