Autumn House Independent Living Facility Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Personal Care Home Manager/Administrator to provide leadership and operational oversight for our personal care home. This role supports residents, staff, families, and the Board of Directors while ensuring the home continues to operate safely, professionally, and in compliance with Saskatchewan Personal Care Home regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for staff in collaboration with the Resident Manager.
Support resident‑centered care, medication management, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
Manage budgets, financial oversight, bookkeeping processes, and funding initiatives.
Coordinate staffing, training, certifications, and workforce planning.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and stakeholders.
Support recreational programming, special projects, inspections, audits, and risk management activities.
Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in healthcare, administration, finance, or a related field.
Experience in a Personal Care Home setting is a strong asset.
Knowledge of leadership, HR, financial management, and non‑profit operations.
Valid First Aid/CPR‑C certification.
Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
