This full-time opportunity is suited to individuals with an agriculture or business background who enjoy working directly with producers and helping farm operations meet their crop input and grain marketing needs throughout the growing season.
About the Position
Area Marketing Representatives play an important role in supporting customers and building strong relationships within the agricultural community. The successful candidate will work directly with farm customers, helping producers access crop inputs, market grain, and coordinate grain movement.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Serving as the primary contact for farm customers in the region
Managing customer credit requirements
Selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
Purchasing grain from producers
Coordinating grain movement logistics
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
Several years of related agricultural experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
A valid driver's licence
Experience in a merchandising role considered an asset
