Raven Oilfield Supply is hiring a full‑time Office Administrator/Parts Salesperson for their Gull Lake office. The role combines daily administrative responsibilities with front‑counter parts support in a busy oilfield supply setting.
Position Overview
Location: Box 269, Gull Lake, SK
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
On‑Call: Approximately one weekend per month
Job Type: Full‑Time, Hourly
Office Administrator Duties
Accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
Entering bills and collecting customer payments
Bank reconciliations
Completing GST/PST returns
Payroll submission through ADP
Deposits
General office duties
Parts Salesperson Duties
Customer service
Invoicing
Receiving product shipments
Forklift operation
Product ordering
Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with:
Experience using QuickBooks
Some oilfield product knowledge
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Wage: Determined based on qualifications and experience.
