Autumn House Independent Living Facility is looking for a caring and dependable Personal Care Worker to join our team here in Gull Lake. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of local seniors, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

This position involves supporting residents with day‑to‑day tasks and helping create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties include:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Preparing and serving meals

• Housekeeping and laundry

• Helping with medication administration (training provided)

• Working together with our care team to support residents

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and compassionate. Requirements include:

• Current CPR certification

• Valid Food Safe certificate

• Willingness to complete the Medication Module

• Willingness to complete the short online Personal Care Worker course

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
