Gull Lake’s tradition of great food and hospitality is getting a welcome boost this month as Ryan LeFaive returns to the local culinary scene, officially ending what he calls his “cooking retirement.” Many in the community remember Ryan as the former owner of Lily’s Kitchen & Bar—now the Last Chance Bar and Grill—a cozy spot known for its welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and inviting menu.
Now, Ryan is set to launch a new venture: LeFaive’s Chef’s Table Catering.
Built on his core values of quality food, honest cooking, and genuine hospitality, LeFaive’s Chef’s Table Catering aims to bring people together—something Ryan has always loved about Gull Lake and its community.
To mark the launch, Ryan is hosting a special Valentine’s Supper at the Hitching Post Diner.
To kick things off, I’ll be hosting a Valentine’s Supper at the Hitching Post Diner this Valentine’s Day. A relaxed, thoughtfully prepared evening meant to enjoy great food without the stress,” he shared in his announcement.
