Today family and friends of Bud Ellefson took part in a large vehicle parade. Bud is a resident of the Autumn House Independent Living Facility, and the parade was organized to help celebrate his 90th birthday. Bud watched the parade from the front entrance as everyone drove by honking horns, flashing lights, and waving. The Gull Lake Emergency Services also took part in the parade.
At the end of the video, I had the opportunity to speak with Bud, and he was very appreciative and a bit overwhelmed by the large number of people that took part in the parade. Bud wanted to let everyone know, “everything was just perfect”.
