Division 1 Residents to Vote for Councillor in R.M. of Gull Lake No. 139
Residents in Division 1 of the Rural Municipality of Gull Lake No. 139 will head to the polls next month to choose their councillor.
Aaron Dietrich, Camara Froese, and Dennis Kirk are running for the Division 1 seat. Voting will take place on Monday, November 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rural Municipal Office, 1184 Conrad Avenue in Gull Lake.
An advance poll will be held at the same location on Tuesday, November 3, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Several other municipal positions have already been filled by acclamation. Jason Craig was elected reeve, while Ken Mitchell (Division 2), Rob Toney (Division 4), and Collette Jones (Division 6) were elected councillors without opposition.
That leaves Division 1 as the municipality’s only contested race in the 2026 municipal election.
According to the official election notice, the results of the Division 1 vote will be declared at the Rural Municipal Office at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10.
