Every year the Gull Lake Tourism Committee with the help of businesses, organizations, and individuals transform the campground into "Christmas Cove." Christmas Cove has a number of long-time supporters who faithfully decorate the Cove every year, and it also sees new entries. This year through December I will feature the decorated sites on Gull Lake Events.
InCyte Environmental Services Ltd has been a long-time supporter of Christmas Cove. The business is located on the south side of town just off the #37 Highway. Incyte is locally owned and operated by Pam Kirwan. Pam is an active supporter of the community and is the current chairperson of the Economic Development Committee. Pam’s business has had a decorated a site at the Cove since it first started in 2013. If you are out and about or traveling through Gull Lake be sure to stop in and check out the InCyte Environmental Services Ltd Christmas display at the Gull Lake Campground.
There has been quite a bit of decorating going on in the Cove this past week and there is still time for you to decorate a site. There is no need to book a site, just choose an empty one and decorate. The cost is $20/site to help cover power costs, payable to Gull Lake Campground. Payment can be made at the Town of Gull Lake office.
