Local organizations in Gull Lake and neighbouring southwest communities are included in the latest charitable gaming grant allocations released by Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan (LGS) for the 2025–26 fiscal year.

Support across Saskatchewan

Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan (LGS) has released its fourth‑quarter charitable gaming grant totals for 2025–26, distributing more than $3.4 million to over 1,500 groups and organizations across the province. Grants are issued to eligible groups that run licensed charitable gaming activities such as raffles, bingos, break-open tickets, Texas hold ’em tournaments, and Monte Carlo events.

These grants return 25 per cent of net revenue raised by each event, up to a maximum of $100,000 per group annually. The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) calculates each grant based on financial reports submitted by the organization.
