Meet the Owner of The Last Chance Bar and Grill
At today's Let's Talk Business meeting, I had an opportunity to speak with owner Hardik Patel of the Last Chance Bar and Grill. Hardik is enjoying providing the residents of Gull Lake and the surrounding area with the same great food and service that the Last Chance Bar and Grill is known for. Gull Lake Seeks Help to Revitalize Elks Hall
The Town of Gull Lake is seeking community members to assist with fundraising and revitalising the Elks Hall in downtown Gull Lake. Since 1940, the hall has served as an essential community hub in downtown Gull Lake. Every year, the hall hosts a variety of community functions in downtown Gull Lake. The hall is a historic property that had its roof renovated in 2020 but still requires some interior modifications and improvements. The revitalization will begin at the Summer Sol

Finishing Touches Applied to the Gull Lake Campground Office
The Gull Lake Campground opened this year with a newly renovated office. Epoxy paint was used to give the bathroom walls and floors a brand new look. Additionally, new countertops, sinks, and toilets were installed. The Campground Attendant for this year, Jodi Willman, along with her family, was responsible for the yearly spring cleanup of the campground prior to its opening. RM of Carmichael Contributes to Crescent Point Pool's Boiler Replacement
Every summer, Crecsent Point Pool is a hub of activity in Gull Lake. To begin the year, the boiler at the pool needed to be upgraded. The RMof Carmichael contributed $10,000 to the Town of Gull Lake in order to upgrade the boiler at Crescent Point Pool. A new Dolphin pool cleaner was also acquired to maintain the pool's cleanliness. This year, the pool will have eleven lifeguards and an extensive selection of lessons. Ball Diamond to be Renamed "Peyton Keller Memorial Field"
June 4th (Minor Ball Day) will be a special day as we will be officially renaming diamond 2 as “Peyton Keller Memorial Field.” Pey could bring a smile to anyone’s face and he had a heart of gold.
