My name is Kaydence Haithwaite, and I am one of the Tourism Ambassadors for the summer of 2023! I have lived in Gull Lake my whole life, and recently graduated this year! I love finding out the local history of our town, and seeing all of the fascinating items that the museum has collected throughout the years! For many years, the Town of Gull Lake has worked in tandem with the RM's of Webb, Carmichael, and Gull Lake to provide residents with emergency services and recreational facilities and other important initiatives. The Gull Lake Tourism Committee is aiming to broaden the Museum's function in order to attract more visitors and promote tourism and businesses in Gull Lake and the surrounding area. A visitor information centre and gift shop will be located in the main building. This cheque is presented by Norm White, who volunteers at the theatre with his wife Jean every Saturday night!
