Position Overview
Flat Out Tire and Mechanical is seeking a full‑time Tire Shop Administrator for immediate hire. This role supports daily operations and provides administrative assistance to the parent companies Dynamic Disposal Ltd. and Advanced Waste Solutions Gull Lake Ltd.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, including answering phones, emails, and in‑person inquiries
Quote tires and assist customers with product information
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Process customer payments
File, organize, and archive paperwork
Prepare invoices for tire shop services
Assist with administrative tasks for Dynamic Disposal Ltd. and Advanced Waste Solutions Gull Lake Ltd.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Tire knowledge (asset)
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Positive, team‑oriented approach
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with Mitchell, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Familiarity with ComplyWorks and ISN
Willingness to learn new software
