This week is officially recognized across Saskatchewan as Tourism Week, as announced by the Saskatchewan Government. The tourism industry not only contributes significantly to the economy of the province, but it also makes a significant contribution to the economy of our town. Based on information obtained from Tourism Saskatchewan, the campground alone was estimated to have generated approximately $60,000 into other local businesses in 2019.

Gull Lake is an excellent place to stay when visiting Southwest Saskatchewan. Aside from a swimming pool, disc golf, movie theatre and a variety of other recreation facilities, it also has activities for people of all ages and interests. Visitors can also plan a number of day trips from here because it is located right in the heart of Southwest Saskatchewan. To name a few, tour the Great Sandhills, Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, or the T.Rex Discovery Centre in Eastend.
