The SWT Lyceum Theatre will be renovated to modernise the concession, lobby and lavatory rooms. The 45-year-old facility has served the community well, but it's time to renovate in order to better serve the patrons.
The board is soliciting bids from prospective contractors in order to ensure due diligence by obtaining the best pricing for the significant renovation. So, if you are a contractor or know one, please contact the SWT Theatre and express your willingness to provide a quote for this project. Contractors will be given complete project plans and descriptions.
The deadline for quotations is October 1, and the decision will be made on October 5.
