South West Terminal (SWT) is seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Accounting & Finance team. This role focuses on Crop Input payables and provides backup support across several accounting functions. If you enjoy working with numbers, supporting a team, and keeping financial systems accurate and efficient, this is a strong local opportunity.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
• Process, verify, and code Crop Input invoices
• Prepare vendor payments and reconcile statements
• Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies
Backup Accounts Receivable
• Assist with deposit preparation and coordination
• Support account and bank reconciliations
General Accounting Support
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Assist with month‑end closing and reconciliations
• Track and post petty cash and expense reports
• Input annual budgets into Agre
• Support inventory adjustments and capital/prepaid reconciliations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
🎓 Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent experience in accounting
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
• Clear, respectful communicator and reliable team player
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
