Today, the winner of a contest sponsored earlier this summer by Gull Lake's newest tire shop Flat Out Tire Ltd was announced. Lisa Dawn was the lucky winner of a free pair of tires worth $1,000. Flat Out Tire Ltd would like to invite everyone to like their Facebook page.
