Wowza - what a kick off! We had 108 hungry steak eaters, great vendors, shoppers music and community!
Thank you to everyone who attended - but special thanks to RBC for the donation of $1500 and volunteers during the Elks Hall revitalization fundraiser, Dave from Gull Lake AG Foods for a great price on steaks, Elks for cooking steak, GL EDC for volunteers, Em and Dawnette for coordination food donations, volunteers and working throughout event, Pioneer Co-op for $100 donation for groceries, everyone who donated groceries (every part of the meal was donated!!) and all of the people who came for a beer, hot dog or to just look around! (Apologies if we missed anyone!)
We have a lot of work to do on the building, so we hope to hear your ideas and see your engagement in the project!
