Gull Lake 2022 Colour Run
Good morning everyone! The Recreation Advisory Committee is excited to present that they will be hosting a Colour Run/Walk on Aug. 27th, here in Gull Lake! All proceeds are going to minor updates at the Crescent Point Pool . You can use the form below to register online or you can get a waiver from Taylor at the Town Office! New Exhibit at T.rex Discovery Centre
There is a new exhibit that can be seen at the T. rex Discovery Center , and it is a Tylosaurus dinosaur. Mosasaurs, of which tylosaurs are a species, were large marine reptiles that preyed on other animals and were closely related to modern monitor lizards and snakes. At the end of the Cretaceous period, a vast inland sea covered the majority of present-day Saskatchewan, where they lived 72 million years ago. Gull Lake Business Community Promotional Video
The Economic Development Committee of the Town of Gull Lake recently commissioned the Coburn Company to produce a series of videos earlier this year. The first video showed the entire town, including all of its amenities and facilities. This is the second video in the series highlighting some of the businesses of Gull Lake. Lyceum Theatre Renovation Plans
The Gull Lake Lyceum Theatre board of directors is happy to finally announce our plans to begin renovations on our facility in the near future. These phased renovations will include an updated and more spacious concession stand; larger and more wheelchair-friendly bathrooms; and other accessibility updates, including wheelchair seating and automated doors. Gull Lake Honours Grads With Downtown Banners
This year, the Town of Gull Lake is honouring its 18 graduates by displaying vinyl banners recognizing each graduate on power poles throughout downtown. The Town Council authorized the hanging of street banners on downtown power poles earlier this year. Each banner features the portrait and name of an individual student on both sides. They are a great way for communities to recognize their high school graduates and are gaining popularity in communities. Congratulations to all
