Exploring the Gull Lake Property Development Cooperative: Opportunities for Community Investment and Growth

A group of people is gathered on the sidewalk near the corner of a brick building. The building has a white-painted lower section with some peeling paint and a faded mural. There is a street sign indicating the intersection of Proton Ave and Main St. Two vehicles are parked on the street, one of which is a black Toyota SUV with a license plate reading '994 FSG.' The scene appears to be in a small town or rural area, with a mostly empty street and some trees in the background.

Join us on Wednesday, February 12th at 6pm at the Gull Lake Elk’s Hall to learn more about the Gull Lake Property Development Cooperative, our first development opportunity, and how your investment can benefit not just our community, but you, too.

This open meeting is open to all community members - as an opportunity to bring more business, beautify downtown, and invest locally.

What to expect:

  • Learn about the project feasibility

  • Understand Project Scope

  • Understand Investment options and Return on Investment

  • View Renderings, Draft Drawings, Project Estimates and more.

You can tour the building before the meeting on Wednesday, Feb 12 from 5-6pm, and then head over the the Elk’s Hall at 6pm for our presentation.
