Forever...in motion is an initiative that helps older adults become physically active through volunteer led physical activity groups. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with a non-slip sole such as running shoes. Forever...in motion was developed by the Saskatoon Health Region and is provincially implemented by the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association with assistance from the Southwest District for Culture, Recreation and Sport Inc.
