Today, Gull Lake Events received a request from Mr. Frank Atchison. He was the engineer of the last CNR passenger train to travel to Regina on June 2, 1984. The news media covered the event, and they were on the train with him. Unfortunately, he has lost the tape that held significant sentimental value for him.

He tried contacting the new media outlets that covered the story, but they no longer have the tape. He believes a resident of Gull Lake has a copy. Unfortunately, many years have passed, and he cannot recall the name of the Gull Lake resident. He thinks the local is (or was) a farmer and has a lawyer son (or daughter) living in Saskatoon.
