Gull Lake The Autumn House Independent Living is now accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Administrator. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to oversee parts of the operations of our seniors assisted living facility.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Three Days a Week in Office Book Keeping
Oversee budgeting
Financial Reporting to the Board
Financial Planning, monitor expenses and revenue to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the facility.
Grant Writing
Social Media
Fundraising
Facility Promotion using social media, website, in person and printed materials
Build Networks with SHA and other facilities
Participate in community outreach activities and events to promote the facility and its services. Volunteer Recruitment
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Experience in Quick Books is an asset but training will be available if needed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised
