Autumn House is Hiring Part-Time Administrator


Gull Lake The Autumn House Independent Living is now accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Administrator. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to oversee parts of the operations of our seniors assisted living facility.


Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Three Days a Week in Office Book Keeping

  • Oversee budgeting

  • Financial Reporting to the Board

  • Financial Planning, monitor expenses and revenue to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the facility.

  • Grant Writing

  • Social Media

  • Fundraising

  • Facility Promotion using social media, website, in person and printed materials

  • Build Networks with SHA and other facilities

  • Participate in community outreach activities and events to promote the facility and its services. Volunteer Recruitment


Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

  • Experience in Quick Books is an asset but training will be available if needed.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work unsupervised
