The Board of Directors of the Autumn House Independent Living Facility would like to extend their appreciation to the Last Chance Bar and Grill restaurant for serving as the host of the Autumn House Burger Night event. The assistance and support that the management and staff of Last Chance Bar and Grill provided made it possible for the event to be a success.
The board would also like to thank everyone who attended the fundraiser. Autumn House is thankful for the tremendous community support it receives.
