Gull Lake residents will go to the polls on November 13th to vote for a new mayor and council. Dennis Kirk and Nasser Zanidean will compete for the mayor's position. Seven candidates are running for the six open council seats. Gull Lake Lodge Motel Under New Ownership and Renovation
The Gull Lake Motel has a new owner and name. Andrew Tan, the motel's new owner, took over operations at the end of August and is already making changes. The motel's name has been changed to Gull Lake Lodge Motel , and rooms are being renovated. Signs for the business are also being made and will be installed in the near future.
