Celebrating Success: The Gull Lake Care Centre's First Online Auction
The Gull Lake Care Centre (GLCC) Auxiliary expressed their sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make their first online auction a huge success. Numerous gifts were donated, and the bidding revealed the generosity of the community. Special appreciation was expressed to Wayne Girodat and Baker Hughes for their generous donation of a TV. Brian Walters, a dedicated Gull Lake local and volunteer fireman, has been selected as the Saskatchewan Volunteer Firefighters Association's (SVFA) Training Coordinator. Seven years ago, Brian arrived at Gull Lake from Ponteix to serve as a paramedic with Gull Lake EMS. He joined the Gull Lake Fire Department, bringing with him 19 years of invaluable firefighting experience.
