According to data released yesterday by Statistics Canada, the province of Saskatchewan has added 24,400 jobs. Saskatchewan had the second-lowest unemployment rate in Canada in July 2022, at just 4.0%.
The number of people working full-time jobs rose by 32,600 while the number of people working part-time fell by 8,100. Accommodation and food services as well as health care and social assistance saw significant increases in employment.
