Every year the Gull Lake Tourism Committee with the help of businesses, organizations, and individuals transform the campground into "Christmas Cove." Christmas Cove has a number of long-time supporters who faithfully decorate the Cove every year, and it also sees new entries.
Advanced Waste Solutions has been a long-time supporter of Christmas Cove. Every year they have provided accommodations in the Cove for Sesame Street’s Oscar the Grouch. AWS is located at 2118 Proton Avenue in Gull Lake. If you are out and about or traveling through Gull Lake be sure to stop in and say hi to Oscar at the Gull Lake Campground.

Christmas Cove will be lit every night from 5pm to 11pm from December 1st to January 1st.
